Marion has over 35 years’ experience in training, operations management, sales and marketing in various industries; and with over 20 years of these in the Fitness Industry.

Marion has held many senior roles, and is valued as a trouble shooter, expert in streamlining operations, orchestrating productivity gains and producing high performance teams. Marion is an empathetic and communicative professional determined to maximise quality service, share her knowledge and find solutions. Marion’s most recent role as Program Manager with an established RTO entailed managing the daily logistics of Trainers and Assessors, Facilitators, as well as the professional development of all staff in the RTO. Her main tasks were to ensure RTO processes were followed so that the RTO qualifications delivered across six different accredited course outlines were compliant in accordance with the VET Quality Framework. With her vast compliance knowledge and qualifications, Marion will assist GeSS Education’s Managing Director in providing compliance support to GeSS Education’s partner RTOs, as well as training and student support for GeSS Education’s Campus at Australia Fair, Gold Coast.

Marion is also a proficient instructional designer and course developer for both non-accredited and accredited courses. Marion is adept at assessment validation and developing student engagement strategies for online students and will work closely with GeSS Education’s eLearning development staff to ensure that the GeSS LMS is developed in line with both RTO and student needs.
